How much does garage cleaning cost in Kitchener-Waterloo?
The price of a garage clean depends on the space you have and the work you choose. A clear starting point is more useful than a single price that ignores garage size. DuksGC uses size-based package pricing, so you can compare the options before providing your contact details or requesting an appointment. The table below shows the existing package prices in Canadian dollars.

The three cleaning packages
For a one-car garage, Basic Clean starts at $199, Deep Clean at $329, and Deep Clean + Organization from $479. Basic is for sweeping and tidying the agreed surfaces. Deep adds floor scrubbing, degreasing, and more detailed surface cleaning. Deep + Organization adds sorting and arranging the belongings you keep. Two-car and larger garages have their own prices because they involve more space. Compare the inclusions as well as the price; a basic tidy is not the same work as organizing a crowded garage.
What can change the total?
Garage size, package choice, and selected add-ons determine the starting calculation. Access, unusual layouts, floor condition, and custom requests can also affect the agreed scope. Window cleaning, additional storage organization, floor painting, and other optional work are not automatically included in every package. Oversized garages and custom packages need a confirmed quote. Tell us about any floor coating, difficult stains, or areas that cannot be accessed. We discuss the work and confirm the final price before starting, rather than adding unapproved tasks on the day.
Your first-booking discount
10% off your first booking, applied automatically. You do not need a coupon code. The booking form can show a first-time estimate before you enter your contact details; your email and phone then let the existing pricing system check eligibility. Returning customers should not assume the first-booking offer applies again. A qualifying referral discount follows the existing rules and does not stack with the first-booking discount. The displayed breakdown helps you see the package amount, selected add-ons, and any eligible savings separately.
What is not included?
DuksGC cleans and organizes garages; we do not provide junk hauling or hazardous-waste removal. Organization can help you decide what to keep and group items for storage, but you arrange removal of unwanted belongings. Old chemicals, paint, and other hazardous materials need suitable disposal through the appropriate local program. Concrete repair, replacement coatings, and work outside the agreed package are separate from a garage clean. Cleaning also cannot promise to erase every old oil stain or reverse existing damage. Clear limits help you compare prices honestly.
Requesting a price for your space
Start with your city and garage size, then choose the package that fits your needs. Optional photos can help explain clutter, layout, or the condition of the floor, but they are not required to request a booking. Describe any custom work in the notes. You can also text us if you are unsure which package to choose. Booking does not require payment, and your requested date is confirmed by text or call.
