What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a job, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your garage. Photos are optional. Please avoid uploading photos that show people, licence plates, or other private information.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and complete your job, prepare a price, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal information. Service emails, calls, and texts relate to your request. Promotional emails or texts require your consent where required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), and you can ask us to stop them.
Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website. Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking may also be used when configured. These tools can collect device, browser, page-view, and interaction information and may use cookies. The Google tracking identifiers currently remain placeholders until configured. You can manage cookies through your browser. Clarity can record website interactions; avoid entering sensitive information in notes.
Service providers and storage
Our website hosting, file storage, Google email and calendar services, and analytics providers process information needed to deliver these services. Some processing may happen outside Canada. We limit access to information needed for the job and use reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and deletion
We aim to handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent for optional communications, or raise a privacy concern by emailing DuksGCleaning@gmail.com. We may need to keep limited information for legal or accounting obligations; we will explain any such limits when responding.
