Service Terms
DuksGC provides garage cleaning and organization in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph, Ontario.
Booking and prices
Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment. We will confirm the date, access arrangements, and price by text or call. Prices use the garage size, package, and add-ons you select. Custom work is an estimate until confirmed. We confirm the final price before starting, and additional work needs your agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Contact us by phone, text, or email. If weather, access, or another safety issue affects the job, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
What is included
Work is limited to the garage-cleaning package and add-ons agreed with you. Depending on the package, this can include sweeping, floor cleaning and degreasing, surface cleaning, or organization. Shelving, painting, and other optional work must be agreed separately where not included in your package. Old stains, existing damage, or worn coatings may not be fully removable.
What is not included
We do not provide junk hauling or hazardous-waste removal. You remain responsible for disposing of unwanted items, chemicals, and waste. House cleaning, construction cleaning, vehicle-parts cleaning, and parking-lot cleaning are not part of our garage service.
Access and safety
Provide safe access and tell us about fragile items, floor coatings, electrical concerns, or other hazards before the job. We may pause or decline work that cannot be completed safely. Please secure valuables and keep children and pets away from the work area.
Satisfaction follow-up
Not happy? Tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean the problem areas free. Contact us with photos if useful. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
